10-Year Warranty Provided for Our Steel Post
As for our steel posts, usually we provide a 10-year warranty for our clients. Also, OEM and ODM services can be provided.
As for substrate galvanization, the minimum G60 coating weight is on both interior and exterior surfaces, which can provide very good protection.
As for powder coating, we are using exterior architectural-grade TGIC-free polyester powder coat with UV inhibitors. AkzoNobel powder is our standard powder for steel posts; also named-brand powder is acceptable in our company. Adhesion tests would be done for each order, which must pass ASTM D3359 Cross-Hatch Tape Adhesion Tests(Class 4B or 5B; usually it is 5B in our factory).

Daily Standard Tests to Make Sure All Products Are of High Quality
Quality means everything to us in our company; we pay much attention to it. No defective steel posts would be passed to our clients. We would carry out different tests to check whether our steel posts match different standards.
As for the Mill Test Report, there would be one copy of the mill test report for each order. The report would show us the basic information of the steel posts, like raw material grade, size, zinc weight, and production date.
Also, a coating adhesion test would be provided. Usually, we would do such adhesion tests in our own factory once steel posts are finished coating. Our steel posts’ coating adhesion test must pass the ASTM D3359 Cross-Hatch Tape Adhesion Test.
There is one slat spray test machine in our factory; we would put the steel post samples in the machine for over 48 hours. With zero blistering or undercut corrosion.

As for steel post colors, we can produce steel posts in over 20 colors. Whether you are asking for colors from the RAL color series or the Colorbond color chart, we can do it well. Also, we can do steel posts in wood grain colors only if you can provide us with the wood grain pattern you need.
Low MOQ is needed in our company; as for steel posts, we don’t require high MOQ for our clients cause there are large stocks of raw material in our factory. And we can cut them into different lengths for our clients.
Professional Packing Ensures No Damage Once You Receive the Steel Posts
There are different standard packing methods in our factory for different fence products. Steel posts are very heavy goods that easily get damaged during shipping and transport. We have a very strict packing procedure for steel posts.
As for individual packing, each steel post would be packaged into shrinkage film. Thus, the sea air cannot enter the packing, which can decrease the rusting of steel posts. The sea shipping time is usually about 1 month from our factory to clients’ near sea port. The client noticed that some steel posts would get rusted once the container reaches their port.
All steel posts would be stacked on the customized steel pallet, which is very strong. The steel pallet can be made according to clients’ requirements; they can also use it for transport purposes in their own warehouse. We would keep the total weight at 15 Tons for each pallet.

Over 5 containers of different fence posts would be exported to our clients each month. Steel posts without bases, steel posts with bases, dual posts for slide gates, steel posts in hot-dip galvanized, etc.
One client from America ordered 160 sets of metal slide gates. Dual steel posts are needed to hold the slide gates when they are working. All dual steel posts were welded with a steel post base to be connected to concrete.
The client from the UK purchased the steel posts for their gates. 2 steel posts are required for one gate. Also, they asked for holes pre-drilled in the posts to install their lock.
We can do powder coating and hot-dip galvanized on our steel posts; one client from New Zealand asked for HDG for the steel posts. The steel posts can be used for at least 15 years after hot-dip galvanized.
