There is a mature quality control system in our company after years of development. From aluminium alloy raw materials to packaged aluminium posts, we all have detailed requirements for them.
We are using aluminium alloy 6063-T5 or 6061-T6 for our aluminium posts; other aluminium trade marks would be used if you have special requirements for it. Also, we don’t use recycled aluminium alloy for the raw materials, as the tensile strength is about 30% weaker than the original one. We ask for a minimum tensile strength of over 160Mpa for our raw materials.
Also, we are professional in powder coating and anodising, which can provide a warranty to clients. There is a 12-steps pre-treatment tanks in our factory, which ensure very good coating adhesion.

As for aluminum posts, different lengths can be cut according to your requirements. The common length is 2.4 meters; we can cut the length according to your project requirements. Thus, you don’t need to make cutting on site, also, you can send pallets to your clients directly after you unload the raw materials from containers.
As for packing, commonly our aluminum posts are packaged with bubble film and then stacked on the pallets. Also, we can package them into a carbon box for you if you want to sell them online.
Also, we can make different colors according to the color of your composite boards, which makes it look more natural. 95% of aluminum posts for WPC fences are made in black color.
