Heavy-Duty Palisade Fences Meet Different Applications
All our palisade fences meet the UK quality standard of different push tests, so you don’t need to worry about our quality. All materials we use for palisade fences are heavy-duty; we don’t use inferior materials and seek long-term business relationships. The wall thickness for posts is up to 5mm, the wall thickness for rails is up to 3.0 mm, and the wall thickness for pickets is up to 2.0mm.

Hot-Dipped Galvanized Surface Treatment Gives a 15+ Year Warranty
As for palisade fences, they don’t need too much maintenance if they are made with HDG coating. The lifespan is over 15 years. We would use black steel Q235 for the raw material to make punching and shaping. There would be some rust on the surface of black steel; we would sink them into our pre-treatment tanks to remove the rust. Our cooperating HDG factory is also very professional. They understand our requirements very well. The zinc coating thickness is up to 50μ for palisade fences; also, we can do different coating thicknesses according to your requirements.
Different Coating Methods Can Be Chosen in Our Company
As for palisade fence coating, different coating methods would be operated in our factory according to clients’ requirements. Powder coating, hot-dipped galvanized, and powder coating after hot-dipped galvanized are the three most common coating methods.
Powder coating, we have one 216-meter advanced powder coating line, and multiple pre-treatments would be done before coating. We can make different colors according to clients’ requirements.
Hot-dipped galvanized, the warranty we can provide is 15 years. Usually hot-dipped galvanized fences are used for industrial application, they need very low maintenance and long lasting.
Powder coating after hot-dipped galvanized: there is one sandblasting machine in our factory; the coating adhesion would be perfect if palisade fences are sandblasted after HDG; otherwise, the coating would be very bad.
