Composite fence, which is also called WPC fence. Currently, composite fences and their related products are more and more popular because of their good privacy and multiple color options. Compared to traditional wood or timber fences, the lifespan for composite fences can reach 15 years, and they require very low maintenance; you just need to use water to clean them. Customized Packing Methods for Different Types of Clients
There are different packing methods in our factory: simple standard packing, online sales packing, and packing for construction companies. Waterproof taurplin and wood pallet packing is our standard packing, which is easy for container loading. Commonly, the width of the pallet is 1.1 meters. As for online sales packing, a carbon box would be required. There would be the clients’ company logo on the carbon box. Usually, we would pack 5 pieces of composite fence boards in one carbon box and then load them onto the pallet. We would make customized length cuts for both composite fence boards and aluminium parts for construction company.
With In-House Lab
We pay great attention to composite fence research and study, which ranges from plastic resins to wood powders and to additives. All our composite fences meet ASTM and EN standards. As for plastic resins, our XRF and GC-MS tests would check if there are toxic elements in plastics. Also, we would check the color of plastic resin, which plays a very important role in the color of WPC fences. As for wood powder. We would check the water content for each batch of incoming raw material to ensure the rate is less than 2%. Strength test, boiling test, and fire-resistant tests for finished composite fence boards would be conducted for each order. The order continues to be produced only if all tests are passed. Otherwise, we would stop the production and check all raw materials.
