Powder-coated galvanized steel butt hinges are the most popular hinges in our factory. Also, we can provide stainless steel hinges and plastic hinges.
There are gate drop latches in different lengths, like 200mm, 400mm, and 450mm in our factory. Commonly, the surface treatment is electro-galvanized.
Different sizes of post caps can be produced in our factory, such as for 50×50mm posts, for 65×65mm posts, and for 80×80mm posts, etc. Also, we can put your company logo on post caps for you.

As for common powder coating fence products, 7-10 years warranty would be provided. If you ask for a longer warranty for powder coating fence products, we can use higher-grade powder, which would be costly. You can ask for detailed warranty policies from our salesmen, which state more content about installation methods, installation environment, etc.
Moreover, there is 7×24 hours quick response policy in our company. We would respond to clients within 2 hours and prepare a brief idea for the client within 24 hours.
Installation guides or video installation guides would be provided before clients start their installations. Our technicians would be online 7×24 to help our clients.

There is a 10-person R&D team in our company, and 2 experienced international salesmen; both of them have been in the fence field for over 5 years, and they are professional in communicating with our clients. 2 drawers who can prepare 2D drawings and 3D drawings. The rest of them are in fence production.
Almost all sample processes will be finished in our factory; thus, we can control the quality and finish them in a very short time. There are about 50-100 tons of different models of raw materials in our factory. Also equipped with laser-cutting machines, bending machines, different welding machines, and one small coating line for samples. Also, we can finish some basic tests in our company once samples are finished.
