Founded in 2002, Nanjing Chengsheng Defense Facilities Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer specializing in the R&D, design, production and installation of aluminum, zinc steel, stainless steel and carbon steel guardrail systems.
The company mainly produces aluminum/metal fences, balcony railings, stair handrails, road traffic guardrails and related metal products. Today, Chengsheng’s Fencing covers 15,000㎡ with over 100 employees and more than 3,000 distributors across China.
Equipped with advanced CNC processing equipment, laser cutting machines, robotic welding systems and automatic coating lines, the company provides precision manufacturing and strict quality control, including salt spray testing, coating adhesion testing and thickness inspection.

Automatic Laser-cutting Machine
We use 3 high-precision cutting machines to process fence profiles, panels, and accessories, ensuring accurate sizes and consistent quality for every component. Precise cutting helps reduce errors during production, making installation easier and improving the fit between parts. With strict size control, we keep cutting accuracy within 0.5 mm to ensure stable quality for bulk orders and large projects.
216-meter Powder Coating Line
We have a 216-meter automated electrostatic powder coating production line that could be able to continuously produce 24-hours with a daily capacity of over 3000 meters of fencing. The coating system ensures uniform coating thickness of 80-120um. For the complex components, we use manual powder coating to further guarantee coating integrity. After coating, our quality inspector will use strong flashlights to check the surface of the fence panel for missing areas. If the products do not meet the quality standard, we will record and immediately rework them to ensure that every batch of fence leaves the factory satisfactory to our customers.
