Mature Quality Control System Ensures High and Stable Quality
We aim to pass no defective deck rails to our clients. Our factory is ISO 9001 certified, and there is a mature quality control system in our factory.
As for raw materials, we use pre-galvanized or hot-dipped galvanized steel to ensure no rust from the steel pipes. Also, we can customize steel pipes of different zinc weights. We would make strick checking on incoming raw materials, including pipe sizes, pipe surface, and burrs. There is an ID card for each order in our factory, which we can use to record how the order is going and can find out where it is wrong in a short time.
As for powder coating, all our powders are stocked in the air-conditioned room to keep their good character. Our powder coating process works under strict process rules; also, deck rails in different heights, different lengths, and different wall thicknesses would make some changes accordingly. For example, for deck railing with heavy wall thickness, we would slow down the running speed to make coating adhesion better. The outside temperature of the deck railing would meet the standard, while the inner temperature would still be beyond the standard. Thus, the coating would peel off easily.

Strict Checking for Incoming Raw Materials
Incoming raw materials are very important for us, so there is a strict checking system for incoming raw materials in our company. All the raw materials for deck railing are purchased from our well-cooperated supply chain, which can make sure all are at a high quality level and deliver them to our factory in time.
As for deck railing raw materials, we would check the steel pipe sizes, wall thickness, pipe surfaces, and zinc weight. The tolerance for such items is about 5%. Also, we would double-check such requirements with our clients, cause they may have different requirements. We would make strength tests and surface treatment tests for them for further checking.
Big-Sized Sample Room to Show Different Samples in Reality
There is a big sample room in our factory where you can find lots of different deck railings, deck screens, deck stairs, and other types of designs.
All the samples are in 1:1 sizes compared to the ones we sent to you; on the one hand, we can know better whether there is any part needs to be revised when we try to install them. Is there any better way to make installation easy and save costs for our clients? Both product costs and labor costs are important to our clients.

Multiple Pre-Treatments Make Powder Coating at a High Standard Level
Powder coating and welding are the most important points for swimming pool fences; we have been doing lots of studies and investments on it. Also, coating adhesion tests and welding section tests would be done for each order.
As for welding, we would check the welding section and clean welding slag once fence panels are finished. Also, we would perform radiographic tests on samples from the production batch. A failed welding section would affect the strength of swimming pool fences.
As for powder coating, we would make adhesion tests and coating thickness tests; coating adhesion would be determined by pre-treatment and our powder coating line. It would easily get rusted if the powder coating is not good. And the average powder coating for a swimming pool fence is from 80μ to 120μ.
