We have designed and produced different metal fences for over 20 years, and exported to 50+ countries. Our metal fences are welcomed among our clients due to their high strength and good design.
It is a good choice if you are going to use metal fences for your property security. All our metal fences are made of heavy-duty raw materials; also, an MTC test report for raw materials would be provided to our clients. There are 2-rail metal fences, 3-rail metal fences, and 4-rail metal fences; different rails would be used as the height changes. We would make strength tests after metal fences are finished welding; no weak metal fences would be sent to clients.
We can prepare different metal fence designs according to your requirements, like we can weld laser-cut patterns on the fences to make some decorations.

We can produce different metal fences with different surface treatments in our factory, like garden fence, flat top fence, spear top fence, hot-dip galvanizing metal fence, etc.
As a kind of metal fence, garden fences are popular when you need a type of fence for your own garden, which needs low maintenance and a simple design.
There are no spear top fence heads for flat top fences; there are 2-rail flat top fences, 3-rail flat top fences, and 4-rail flat top fences in our company.
If you are asking for higher security requirements for your metal fences, spear top fences would be a good choice. There are 2-rail spear top fences, 3-rail spear top fences, and 4-rail spear top fences in our company.

Strong Metal Fence Welding Team, Shorten Your Lead Time
There is a strong metal fence welding team in our company, so we can shorten your lead time easily.
In our welding workshop, there are 15 metal fence welders and 1 automatic robot welding machine.
As for the robot machine welding, both can be used for steel fence welding and aluminum fence welding. The robot welding machine can work 7×24 hours, with no need for rest like our workers. And 99% of finished welded metal fences are in good condition, with no need for rework.
As for our workers’ welding, there are TIG welding and laser welding in our company. 50% of our metal fence welders have been in the fence welding field for over 5 years. And 2 of them have worked in our company for over 10 years. They know our welding requirements for metal fences well.
More than 2000 meters of metal fences would be finished each day in our factory.
Advanced Coating Gives Your Metal Fence a Long Lifespan
Different surface treatments would be applied according to your different requirements. There are common powder coating over galvanized pipes, hot-dip galvanizing, and powder coating over HDG pipes.
As for powder coating, the lifespan for metal fences is at least 10 years when you install them 1000 meters away from the near or chemical zone. For welding metal fences, we would take twice coating: one is epoxy coating on the welding section, and the other coating is common powder coating.
As for powder coating over HDG pipes, usually we would make sand-blasting before powder coating. The coating adhesion would be perfect only if sand-blasting is finished.
Daily Tests for Metal Fences, No Defective Passes to Clients
Providing the best quality metal fences to clients is the main purpose of our company. Different tests would be done on metal fences in our factory every day.
As for coating tests, there are powder coating and hot-dip galvanizing. We would make coating adhesion tests and coating thickness tests; our adhesion tests must pass the ASTM D3359 cross-hatch tape adhesion test; usually we ask for 5B. All metal fences that failed this test would be powder-coated again. As for coating wall thickness, usually they range from 80μ to 120μ; also, we can make different coating wall thicknesses according to your requirements. As for HDG wall thickness, the wall thickness ranges from 60μ-80μ, also different among different metal fence applications.
The salt spray resistance tests would also be done in our factory; we can also send them to a professional test company if you need it. We ask for a minimum 1000-hour neutral salt spray test rating with zero blistering or undercut corrosion.
