We have been designing and producing different temporary fences for over 10 years. We provide OEM&ODM services to meet your requirements for temporary fences.
As for surface treatment, common powder coating and hot-dip galvanized are the most popular methods. It would be a good choice if your temporary fences will be used near the sea or a chemical area. The lifespan would be 15 years if they are made of hot-dip galvanized. But they are more expensive than common powder coating.
As for temporary fence bases, there are steel plate bases, steel pipe bases, and plastic mould bases. All of them are available at our factory with a competitive price.
For most of the temporary fences, we would weld wire on the steel frame, which is strong. But we also twine the wire across the frame.

We stock more than 50 tons of steel pipe materials and 5 tons of wire mesh material in our factory each month. So we don’t need to purchase the raw material once we get orders from you, which can save about 5 days.
There are 15 welders and 1 robot welding machine in our factory. They have welded temporary fences for more than 5 years, so they are familiar with temporary fence welding. 5400 meters of temporary fences can be welded each day.
And we have our own powder coating line; different colors are available in our factory. Our powder coating line can run 7*24 hours. Temporary fences are easier to powder coat than common fences, so the powder coating line can run faster. Common we can finish one 40HQ of 500 pieces of temporary fences in only one day.
Daily Tests Ensure All Fences Are of a High Quality Level
Quality is the number one priority in our factory; no defective fences would pass to you. There is a strict quality checking system which includes daily tests like welding strength tests, coating adhesion tests, salt spray tests and strength tests.
As for welding tests, we would use Radiographic testing to check whether there is empty welding inside that can not bee seen from the surface. There are too many welding points for one temporary fence. Due to its structure, it is easy to make poor welds.
We would check coating adhesion to check whether the adhesion is good or not. There are lots of reasons that make bad coating happen, so we have to do daily coating adhesion tests per day.
