Strict Quality Control from Raw Material to Finished Product
We have been in chain link fence production for over 10 years, and we are ISO 9001 quality system certified. All chain link fence processes are finished in our own factory from raw material to finished product and packing.
As for raw materials, we use low-carbon steel wire, galvanized steel wire, stainless steel wire, and PVC-coated or PE-coated wire. Different raw materials can be used according to your requirements.
As for surface treatment, we have our own powder coating production workshop, hot dip galvanized workshop, and plastic dipped workshop. The coating thickness would be customized according to your requirements. If there are no special requirements, then we would produce them according to local quality standards.
As for chain link packing, we are professional in it. Different components would be packaged separately. All posts would be packaged into sea-worthy steel pallets, wire panels would be rolled and wrapped by film, and the spare parts would be packaged into a carbon box. No damage when you receive our products.

Different Surface Treatment Workshops Give You More Options
We can prepare 3 different surface treatments on chain link fences in our factory.
As for powder coating for chain link fences, it is the most common surface treatment. There are 12 steps of pre-treatment washes before coating, which is essential and very important. The aim of 12 steps washes is to remove oil and dust and increase the coating adhesion.
As for PVC or PE dipping, it is the easiest way to finish the surface treatment. Workers would dip the chain link fences into the PVC powder tanks and hang them in the heating oven.
If you need more protection for your chain link fences, hot-dipped galvanized would be a good choice. Hot-dipped galvanized surface treatment would be a good choice if you are going to use fences near the sea or a chemical zone. It would last at least 15 years without rusting.
Meet Different International Quality Standards
We have a strong production ability in chain link fences; from chain link fence raw materials, surface treatment, and spare parts, we can produce them according to clients’ different requirements to meet different international quality standards.
Our chain link fences have to meet BS 1770-10 and 1722-1 standards when our goods go into the UK market. The standards are extremely strict when our chain link fence goes into the Australian market; for common galvanized chain link fence, they have to meet the AS 2423 standard; for hot-dip galvanized chain link fences, they have to meet AS/NZ 4680. As for the US market, there are detailed requirements like standard A392 for common galvanized wire mesh panels, F668 standard for PVC or PE dipping panels, etc.
