Robot Welding for Security Fences, Much Stronger and More Durable
Our robot welding finishes all our security fences. They are much stronger and more durable, while security fences are welded by robots. The welding section is stable and consistent, thus not too much sanding is required, which saves labor costs. Also, the output voltage is stable during robot welding, which can save the surface zinc coating and improve anti-rust.
Further, robots can work 7×24 hours per week, which can shorten production time.
Advanced Modern Powder Coating Line, No Fading and Peeling of Our Security Fence
As for powder coating for our security fences, we applied two layers of coating to them. One is epoxy primer coating, which takes care of the welding section. As we know, the welding sections are the part which get rust easily. The second coating is powder coating for the whole panel. We are using Akzol Nobel powder for all our security fences. Akzol Nobel powder is famous for its high and stable character. The average coating weight is about 80μto 120μ; also, we can make the coating layer thickness according to your requirements.
