Multiple Pretreatments to Ensure Coating Adhesion
We have a comprehensive, multi-stage pretreatment production line. After cutting, grinding, and welding, the aluminum blade fence components undergo acid and alkaline cleaning to remove oil, oxide layers, and impurities. Before coating, the components are rinsed to eliminate residual alkalinity and then dried. Finally, an electrostatic coating process is applied. These processes significantly enhance the adhesion between the coating and the substrate. Besides, we also have large shot blasting machines for black steel or hot-dip galvanized steel pretreatment. For black steel pieces, the shot blasting time is set to 5-12 minutes to penetrate the metal substrate and remove rust. For hot-dip galvanized steel pieces, the shot blasting time is set to 3-10 minutes to remove surface impurities and increase adhesion.

After receiving raw materials, we conduct rigorous quality inspections through random sampling. A comprehensive dimensional inspection is carried out, including thickness, length, width, and other critical measurements, to ensure all materials meet the customer requirements. We also do detailed surface quality inspections, focusing on potential defects such as dents, burrs, scratches, deformation, and corrosion, ensuring that only qualified materials enter the production process.For galvanized steel materials, we pay special attention to weld seams and surface oxide scale. For aluminum alloy materials, we focus on checking straightness, twisting, and deformation.
